What if I received a defective/incorrect item?

We take pride in our merchandise and ensure quality checks before delivering your purchase. However, in the event of receiving a defective item, or an incorrect item, drop us an email at enquiries@forher.sg and we will assist you asap, for an exchange. Do note that for exchange of faulty or incorrect items, an email has to be sent to us within 10 days of dispatch, and items returned has to be in original, unworn and unwashed condition with tags remain attached. 

We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Item exchanged will be exact item and size of the defective/incorrect item.

Measurements may vary 0.5 – 0.75 inches due to mass manufacturing processes. The true color of an item may vary slightly from featured image due to strong studio lighting/inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer screen resolutions. Slight measurement and colour differences are not to be considered defects.

 

 

Can I return an item if it does not fit?
 
We do allow a size exchange for bras and shaper tops, or offer a credit for customers. Do note that for size exchange, an email has to be sent to us within 10 days of dispatch, and item(s) is to be mailed back in original, unworn and unwashed condition with tags remain attached.  We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Do note that for such exchange, all postage charges will be borne by customer.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to make an exchange for all panties, bottom shapers, nighties, intimate accessories, swimwear, slips. However, feel free to drop us an email at enquiries@forher.sg , or leave a comment with your contact details in our Contact Us page, to enquire on the measurements of a particular item that you are interested in, before purchase.
